Our Providers

Grantley F. Joseph, M.D.

Dr. Joseph received his medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA in 1989. He completed his internship and residency at Bronx Municipal Hospital Center in New York City, an affiliate of Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Joseph has served as an internist in the medical department of the Renaissance Health Care Network in New York and as an assistant attending physician at Harlem Hospital. He has also served as a clinical instructor at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York. Dr. Joseph is board certified in internal medicine and is a member of the American Medical Association, the Christian Medical Society and the American College of Physicians. He has extensive experience in primary care and preventive medicine, including diabetes, hypertension and infectious diseases.

John J. Oliga, M.D.

John J. Oliga, M.D. received his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. in 1993. He then completed his residency in internal medicine in 1996 at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals. Dr. Oliga has been board certified in internal medicine since 1996. He has been a DeKalb Medical Physician since 1996.

Dr. Oliga treats patients from 17 years old to the elderly. In addition, he treats acute and chronic conditions and provides preventive healthcare. In particular, his clinical interests include diabetes, hypertension and dyslipedimia.


John Oliga, MD

Dr. Oliga is married to his wife, Jeanine, who is a family physician. They have three children: Camille, Catherine and John II.

Telicia Scott, PA-C, MMS

Telicia received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from State University of West Georgia. Mrs. Scott is a nationally certified physician assistant and has been practicing for over 12 years. Shortly after receiving her undergraduate degree, she began work at Grady Health Systems in Atlanta, GA in the Teen Clinic as she took special interest in teen-centered healthcare. She worked alongside other healthcare professionals to provide health and lifestyle coaching that gave teens the opportunity to make informed and healthy decisions. She also served in the National Health Service Corp for 10 years while working at a community health center that serviced underserved populations. Mrs. Scott has a considerable amount of experience in treating patients with uncontrolled diabetes. Her other interest including preventative healthcare. Mrs. Scott welcomes all new patients and referrals.
