Breastfeeding Class
Learn about getting the best start possible with your breastfeeding experience, breastfeeding in the hospital, common challenges and solutions, and Dad's or your other VIP's role on the breastfeeding team.

Childbirth Preparation Class
This interactive class includes lecture, instructor-led discussions, videos and activities (how to relax and work with your body; patterned breathing; comfort measures & positioning; massage and medication options). Practice at class and home is essential in gaining proficiency. We offer a traditional four-week series or a condensed weekend course.

Childbirth for Mothers on Bedrest
Unable to attend class? Written childbirth material covering stages of labor, delivery, breathing, relaxation and medication options is available. The material provided does not take the place of anything your healthcare provider tells you, and you should call your doctor if you have any questions.

Infant CPR for Parents
Infant CPR helps to prepare expectant and new parents for potential child emergencies and covers infant CPR and choking. This is not a CPR certification course. Class participation is limited to mom and one partner.

Mom and Baby Pilates
Get your tummy back into shape and build core strength. This class strengthens abdominal muscles, develops muscle strength, increases flexibility, improves balance and coordination, helps with relaxation and teaches deep breathing techniques. Throughout the class, you'll have the option of involving your baby in the movements.

Newborn Baby Care
Anticipating the birth of your baby and the joys of impending parenthood, soon-to-be parents have many questions and concerns about caring for their infant both physically and emotionally. Topics include bathing, diapering, fussy baby, crying and others.

Pregnancy Water Aerobics
The pool is where a pregnant woman wants to be! This fun aqua workout will tone your body by using the water for resistance training. Additional benefits include your body feeling lighter and cooler and the fact that the water can help reduce swelling.

Pregnancy Yoga
Take the time to center, connect and focus on yourself and your baby. Stretch and soothe your sore back, shoulders and legs. Learn to relax, breathe and meditate in preparation for the big day. No yoga experience is necessary, but if you practice yoga regularly, you'll love our challenging modified poses.

Prenatal Toning, Fitness & Yoga Combo
This specially designed combo gives you a taste of everything Oh Baby! Fitness has to offer in a prenatal class. We start out with 20 minutes of aerobic, cardio and strength training. That's followed by 20 minutes of stability/birthing ball exercise. Class finishes with a 20 minute yoga cool-down including relaxation, stretching and meditation.
