SilverSneakers

Medicare eligible individuals (those 65 and older or qualified by disability) enrolled in certain insurance plans receive a free Wellness Center membership. Please call your insurance company if you have questions about your SilverSneakers coverage.

Technogym

  • One-time $35 set-up fee

This enables the member to meet one and one-half hours with an exercise specialist who will design a personalized weight-training program.

Payment Options:

  • The Wellness Center accepts personal checks, cash, credit cards and debit cards.
  • Six-month and one-year memberships may be paid by electronic bank draft.
  • Six-month and one-year memberships may be temporarily inactivated (frozen) if you are unable to use the center.
  • Freezing must be initiated prior to the time you will be away from The Wellness Center. Please see a Customer Service Representative for details.
  • Membership by payroll deduction may be terminated after six consecutive months of membership; a signed termination form must be submitted.
  • When you apply for a discounted membership, you will be asked to complete a discount verification form. Eligibility for discounts will be verified each time you renew your membership.
  • All bank draft memberships carry a penalty if voided before expiration date.
  • Gift certificates can be purchased at the front desk for massage, personal training, memberships and any Wellness Center service or class.

Join today! Simply complete an application and present it to the Customer Service staff on your first visit. All your information is kept confidential. Be sure to update your file when your information changes such as change of address or emergency contact person.
