This enables the member to meet with an exercise specialist who will design a personalized training program.
- The Wellness Center accepts cash, credit cards and debit cards.
- Payment options include a monthly automated draft from your bank card or credit card, annual paid in full, or six months paid in full.
- 30-Day written cancellation notice required (via Cancellation Form).
- Six-month and one-year memberships may be temporarily inactivated (frozen) if you are unable to use the center.
- When you apply for a discounted membership, you will be asked to complete a discount verification form. Eligibility for discounts will be verified each time you renew your membership.
- Gift certificates can be purchased at the front desk for massage, personal training, memberships and any Wellness Center service or class.
Join today! Simply complete the application, EFT Authorization Agreement and present it to the Customer Service staff on your first visit. All your information is kept confidential. Be sure to update your file when your information changes such as change of address, email address, or emergency contact person.
