Please note: Our pool is an 18.5-meter (20 feet wide by 60 feet long) indoor, heated pool. We keep the pool water temperature between 84 and 86 degrees Fahrenheit.

Tone and sculpt your body with no impact to your joints. This popular water aerobics workout is a swimming blend of cardio and resistance training, and may incorporate resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and noodles. Intensity increases depending on level.
Low-impact exercises that reduce pain and decrease stiffness. These classes help improve muscle tone, cardio-respiratory fitness, and energy levels. Special considerations made for those with severe arthritis, fibromyalgia, and multiple sclerosis, or those recovering from orthopedic surgery.
This is a designated time for individuals to use the pool for their own specific water exercise program. This may include swimming, walking, use of kickboards, noodles, or personal training but does not include lap swimming.
This is a designated time for lap swimmers to use the pool. All lane ropes will be in place; each lane will accommodate two swimmers. Members in the pool must be lap swimming at all times during designated Lap Swim hours.
This is one-on-one instruction by a water exercise specialist. Overcome your fear of water, learn specific exercises to meet your fitness goals or learn conditioning methods to improve your lap times.
