Joining is easy! Simply complete our Request for Information Form and submit it online. When it is received, the Community Outreach Department will mail you a brochure and application. DeKalb Medical’s Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC) announced the appointment of Dee Keeton, RN, MN, CPHRM as the new Director of Clinical Services and Quality and Lorry Lewis MS, MBS, FACHE, as the Executive Director and Administrator. Both appointments are effective immediately.
