Sports Medicine Center

The Sports Medicine Center caters to active teens and adults in need of outpatient surgery for the relief of pain caused by repetitive sports, muscle overuse or injury. Located on the second floor of the main hospital in North Decatur, the Sports Medicine Center can help get “weekend warriors” back on their feet and in their game again quickly.

The Sports Medicine Center offers a full range of orthopedic, diagnostic, rehabilitative and preventive care so you can live life to the fullest. Surgical expertise includes:

Knee

• Arthroscopic surgery
• ACL reconstruction Knee Cartilage or “Meniscus tears”
• Kneecap (patellar) pain

Shoulder

• Rotator cuff repair
• Shoulder arthroscopy
• Shoulder replacement
