Scheduling for Cardiac & Vascular Imaging: Vascular & Cardiac Screening Tests

Imaging scheduling requires a physician's order. If you have an order from your doctor for any of the following tests, you will need to call 404.501.2660 to schedule an appointment:

  • Electrocardiogram (ECG)
  • Echocardiogram (Echo)
  • Cardiac Calcium Scoring
  • Cardiac Function Evaluation
  • Coronary CT Angiography (CCTA)
  • Cardiac Catheterization
  • Electrophysiology Device Testing (Pacemaker, AICD, CRTD, Holter Monitor)

Heart and vascular screenings do not require a doctor's order. Simply call 404.501.WELL (9355) to schedule any of the following screenings:

  • Abdominal Aorta Evaluation
  • Ankle/Brachial Index
  • Carotid Artery Evaluation
