Employee Self Service - ESS

The Lawson ESS System was created to allow employees access to their payroll and benefits information by using the computer. This system allows access to do many things, such as change tax withholdings, update direct deposits, view benefits and more.

System Requirements

Pop Up windows are a normal part of Lawson Employee Self Service. You may wish to disable Pop Up Blockers before you begin the Open Enrollment process.

Lawson ESS is only compatible with Internet Explorer 6, 7 and 8.

  • DO NOT try to access with Mozilla Browser
  • DO NOT try to access with Mac operating system.

User ID=employee # + “e” (i.e.123456e). Employees with less than 6 digit employee numbers should add zeros to the beginning of the employee number for a total of 6 digits (i.e. 1234= 001234e).
