Welcome to the offices of C. Duane Barclay, D.O., Martin A. Dixon, D.O., Kristi N. Kinsey-Gotier, M.D., Stephen Day, M.D. and Andrea Miles, M.D. At DeKalb Medical Physicians Group Stonecrest Primary Care, we pride ourselves on our dedication to providing the best medical care for our patients. We feel privileged that our patients trust us, and understand our duty and responsibility to care for their health. At DeKalb Medical Physicians/Stonecrest Family Medicine we provide general medical care, which includes annual physical examinations, management of acute and chronic illnesses, and routine preventive care, including immunizations for all patients. We provide care for all ages—newborn through geriatric. We accept most insurance plans.

Our clinical services include electrocardiograms (EKGs), limited on-site X-rays, spirometry (to evaluate lung function), and on-site testing, as well as specimen collection for our contracted laboratories. Our practice is part of Atlanta’s DeKalb Medical network of healthcare services. This means that our patients are able to promptly obtain a full range of diagnostic tests, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI and ultrasound at any of the DeKalb Medical facilities that are most convenient. When urgent medical care by a specialist is necessary, we are able to facilitate appointments and referrals for our patients to one of the more than 775 physicians on the DeKalb Medical staff.
