DeKalb Medical Physicians Group Stone Mountain Primary Care is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. As a courtesy to the practice and other patients, please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To contact our office, please call 404.292.5676.

Prescriptions and lab results

Prescription refills and non-urgent referrals to specialists require 24 hours advance notice. Your normal lab results will be reported to you within two weeks. We will contact you immediately if you have abnormal laboratory results that require a change in your care.
