Appointments

DeKalb Medical Physicians Group South DeKalb Primary Care is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to noon on Friday. As a courtesy to the practice and other patients, please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment as we do impose a $30 no-show fee for office visits and a $90 no-show fee for physical appointments.

Prescriptions and lab results

Prescription refills and non-urgent referrals to specialists require 48 hours advance notice. Your normal lab results will be reported to you within two weeks. We will contact you immediately if you have abnormal laboratory results that require a change in your care.
