Thomas J. DiFulco, M.D.
Dr. DiFulco has worked in general internal medicine in the Atlanta area since 1978. He received his degree in medicine, magna cum laude, from Emory University School of Medicine in 1975. He completed his residency training at the Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in general internal medicine from 1975 through 1978. He received board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1978. Dr. DiFulco maintains active hospital privileges at DeKalb Medical. His memberships include the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, Medical Association of Georgia, DeKalb Medical Society, and Physicians for Social Responsibility. Dr. DiFulco’s special medical interests include hypertension, geriatrics, endocrinology, heart disease and depression.
Andrea P. Juliao, M.D.
Dr. Juliao has worked in family medicine in the Atlanta area since 2001. She received her degree in medicine from Medical College of Georgia in Augusta in 1998 and then trained in the Family Medicine Residency Program at Atlanta Medical Center for three years. Dr. Juliao is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. She maintains active hospital privileges at DeKalb Medical. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, Medical Association of Georgia, DeKalb Medical Society, and the Atlanta Women’s Medical Alliance. Her special medical interests include women’s health, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, joint disease, osteoporosis and geriatrics.
David J. Roth, M.D.
Dr. Roth has worked in general internal medicine in the Atlanta area since 1989. He received his degree in medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency training at the Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in general internal medicine. Dr. Roth is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He maintains active privileges at DeKalb Medical. His special medical interests include hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes management and depression in primary care. He is a member of Rho Chi Honor Society and the Medical Association of Georgia.
Kristina Rahnamay-Azar, D.O.
Dr. Azar has worked in family medicine since 2004. She received her degree as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences in California in 2001. In 2004, she completed her residency at the University of Southern California – California Hospital Medical Center Family Practice in Los Angeles where she served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Azar is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She maintains active hospital privileges at DeKalb Medical. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians. Before recently relocating to the Atlanta area, she practiced in both Oregon and California. Dr. Azar enjoys partnering with her patients to educate them and to help them make informed healthcare decisions.
