Appointments

Our office is open 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, we are open 8:00 a.m. to noon.

We are accepting new patients. Please call 404.501.8045 to make appointments.

Cancellations

To offer the best service for all patients we ask that you give us 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments. This makes it possible for other patients to be seen at that time. There is a $25 no-show fee for patients who do not provide notice of cancellation.
