DeKalb Medical Physicians Group Downtown Decatur Family Medicine is located at 200 E. Ponce de Leon Ave., Ste 110, Decatur, Georgia 30030 directly across the street from Subway. It is at the intersection of East Ponce de Leon Ave. and Church Street.

Parking

Inexpensive parking is located at the corner of Church and Commerce Street. You may also park at a meter or the parking lot directly behind our office – enter on the Church Street entrance.
