Appointments

DeKalb Medical Physicians Group Centerville Primary Care is open:

• Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Friday from 8:30 a.m. to noon

Physical exams are performed in the early mornings because patients must fast prior to the appointment (nothing to eat or drink after midnight). As a courtesy to our other patients, please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Please call 770.985.9957 to make your appointment.

Prescriptions and Lab Results

Prescription refills and non-urgent referrals to specialists require 48 hours advance notice. Your normal lab results will be reported to you within two weeks. We will contact you as soon as possible if you have abnormal laboratory results that require a change in your care.
