Craig Heigerick, D.O.
Dr. Craig Heigerick is a board certified Family Physician who has been practicing medicine in the Gwinnett area for over 30 years. Dr. Heigerick attended DePauw University and the University of Cincinnati where he received his undergraduate degree. He earned his medical degree at Midwest University. He completed his residency and internship at St. John Health System–Oakland Hospital in Madison Heights, Michigan.
Dr. Heigerick enjoys treating adolescents and adults. He has a special interest in musculoskeletal conditions and has been extremely active in many FDA-approved medical research initiatives. His research has included studies on chronic conditions such as asthma, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and osteoarthritis.
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Heigerick is an avid triathlete and enjoys all types of outdoor sports.
Daryl Rampersad, M.D.
Daryl Rampersad, M.D., has been welcomed to the DeKalb Medical Physicians Group Beaver Ruin Primary Care. He joins Craig Heigerick, M.D. at the practice located in Lilburn.
Dr. Rampersad earned his doctor of medicine at the Medical University of the Americas after gaining his bachelor’s degree in biology from Purchase College. Dr. Rampersad did his family medicine residency at New York Medical College at Saint Joseph’s Medical Center in Yonkers, NY.
He has professional affiliation with the American Academy of Family Physicians and co-authored research through the Saint Joseph’s Medical Center Family Medicine Department.
