Sleep Disorder Patients: Treating Sleep Disorders at DeKalb Medical

Helping sleep disorder patients at DeKalb Medical

Many sleep disorder patients in Atlanta have begun sleeping well after diagnosis and development of a sleep disorder treatment plan at DeKalb Medical’s Sleep Disorders Center. Our staff members’ experience and training enables them to excel at treating sleep disorders.

Sleep studies to diagnose the cause of sleep disorder patients’ sleeping problems are conducted seven days a week at the Center. Most studies are conducted from 9:30 a.m. to between 5 and 6 a.m. the following morning. Times for studies can be adjusted to reflect your normal sleep patterns if you work evening or night shifts, or to meet the requirements of the specific test ordered for you.

Treating sleep disorders

Once the physician reads the results of your sleep study, a sleep disorder treatment plan will be developed to meet your specific needs.

The office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, to schedule appointments and answer questions about treating sleep disorders. The telephone number is 404.501.5927.

The Sleep Center is located on the Decatur campus of DeKalb Medical in the medical office building at 2665 North Decatur Road, Suite 435.

Sleep disorders patients should visit our What to Expect and FAQs for answers to questions about treating sleep disorders.
