Imaging scheduling requires a physician's order. If you have an order from your doctor for any of the following tests, you will need to call 404.501.2660 to schedule an appointment:
- Electrocardiogram (ECG)
- Echocardiogram (Echo)
- Cardiac Calcium Scoring
- Cardiac Function Evaluation
- Coronary CT Angiography (CCTA)
- Cardiac Catheterization
- Electrophysiology Device Testing (Pacemaker, AICD, CRTD, Holter Monitor)
Heart and vascular screenings do not require a doctor's order. Simply call 404.501.WELL (9355) to schedule any of the following screenings:
- Abdominal Aorta Evaluation
- Ankle/Brachial Index
- Carotid Artery Evaluation
