DeKalb Medical's Home Health Care is a certified home health agency serving DeKalb, Fulton and Gwinnett counties.

We offer patients intermittent skilled care during acute illness, after surgery or during a period of debilitated state. Our licensed professionals provide physician-ordered healthcare service to homebound individuals. Our goal is to provide continuous, comprehensive care.
