Decatur, Ga. – (Nov. 9, 2009) Jackie Paynter, RN, MPH, CCM joins DeKalb Medical as Director of Quality and Care Management. She brings a wealth of Quality and Care Management experience from both the provider and payor sectors of the health care industry, having taken on progressive levels of responsibility for hospital systems and health care organizations of various sizes throughout the United States.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Howard University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from SUNY Regents College, and a Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology from the UCLA School of Public Health
